 MARCH AND CANDLELIGHT VIGIL FOR COLORADO'S CHILDREN

The “March” will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the NE corner of 14th and Logan, progress north to Colfax, west on Colfax to Broadway, South on Broadway to 14th St.

then assemble on the west steps of the Capitol Building at 14th & Sherman St. from 8:30-9:00 pm on Saturday evening, April 25, 2009, for the "Candlelight Vigil".

Please join us in the effort to raise awareness and ask for correction of serious issues within our Colorado systems that are hurting our families and killing our children.

Florida Events

In response to the urgent need for awareness and change, a forum on Parental Alienation and Parental Alienation Syndrome has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 7 p.m. at the St. John County Agricultural Center, 3125 Agricultural Center Drive, St. Augustine, FL. 

Guest speakers will be Dr. Christy Monaghan, Ph.D. who is an expert witness in custody dispute cases and on PA/PAS, and Carol Caldwell, a St. Augustine family law attorney with extensive experience in high-conflict divorce cases involving PA/PAS.

Minnesota Events

Please join us in honoring parents who have experienced parental alienation. This event will be hosted at Farview Park on 26th and Lyndale in North Minneapolis from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and is open to families and community members.

Several guests will come to speak about Parental Alienation and a light dinner will be served.

We are looking for more parents and families to get involved and following this event there will be a monthly meeting held for parents who have experienced parental alienation.

On Saturday April 25Th we will be making our rounds throughout the Jackson MS area  raising awareness on Parental Alienation Awareness Day.

If your interested in joining SpLiT n TwO at anytime during the day, Saturday April 25, 2009 our first stop will be at 8:00am-10am at the intersection of Lakeland Dr. and Frontage Rd at St Dominic's Hospital (Hind's County)

From 10:30-12:30pm we will be moving West to the corner Lakeland Dr. and Ridgewood Rd. (Hind's County)

Then at 1-3pm we will be at Grant's Ferry and Spillway in (Rankin County) and then last stop will be at 3:30pm-4:15pm at the Madison WalMart (Madison County) If your not in our area and would like to pass out our handout's in your own home town this coming Saturday April 25, 2009. Please email us at splitntwo@yahoo.com and we will send you a pdf file for you to send to print.

To finish our Parental Alienation Awareness Day Weekend on Sunday April 26Th we will be at Pine Lake Baptist Church in Brandon MS (Rankin County) and then our last stop will be at Galloway UMC at the 11am service on the new State Capitol grounds for the picnic on the grounds, in Jackson MS. (Rankin County)

Providing awareness and education of this mental and emotional form of child abuse.
Speaker- discussion about Parental Alienation; the affects on children; and testimonies read of some whom have been affected by Parental Alienation.

Other activities - balloon release, face painting, handing out PAA brochures, wristbands, bumper stickers, and other items to promote awareness.

Petition signing for Parental Alienation to be recognized by Texas Family Court System; and demand for amendments in the Texas Family Code i.e. mandatory provision included in all parent-child relationship orders against PA; and detailed punishment for those whom violate these provisions.

Please join us in promoting awareness; and making a difference for the children and families of our community.
